A Better Solution In Home Care, Reno, proudly offers Care On Demand Services for individuals who wish to receive regular wellness calls aimed at comprehensive care management. Care On Demand serves as a remarkable safety net for individuals who find themselves in the comfort of their own homes.

All you need to participate in this beneficial service is a home phone or a cell phone. The Care On Demand service will facilitate live calls that include medication reminders, appointment confirmations, assessments of mental and physical well-being, assistance with meal planning, and discussions regarding any safety concerns you may have in your living environment. Furthermore, all Care on Demand calls will be summarized in detail and sent to designated family members every week, ensuring that loved ones are kept informed. In the event of an emergency, 911 will be called promptly, and family members will be notified immediately to ensure a swift response.

Our overarching goal is to support you in maintaining your independence and feeling secure in your own home, while providing you with peace of mind and ensuring you know that you are not alone during your daily activities.
